2. Services We Provide
Docordia: document control (DCC) and quality management (QMS) system
SAFEFLOW: Permit to Work system
Custom software development on request
3. Client Obligations
Provide accurate and complete information when contacting us
Pay for services according to agreed terms
Cooperate in project development
Not use services for illegal activities
Respect company intellectual property
4. Intellectual Property
Software developed under contract belongs to the client
Tools and technologies used in development remain company property
Copying or distributing software without permission is prohibited
Open source usage will comply with relevant licenses
5. Warranties and Limitations
We warrant software functionality according to agreed specifications
No warranty for damages caused by improper usage
Not liable for indirect damages or lost profits
Warranty period will be specified in each project contract
6. Service Termination
Clients may cancel services according to contract terms
Cancellation requires at least 30 days advance notice
Paid fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed
Company reserves the right to cancel services for contract violations
